Week 3: Synthesis & Insights

We synthesise the findings into a clear, structured assessment of your delivery performance complete with scores and supporting evidence.

• Identified risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies

• A summary of strengths to leverage and gaps to close

• Patterns that show up across teams or portfolios
